What website platform do you design in?

I pour all my efforts into each client I work with. All projects are special to me and I take them very seriously. With the detailed discovery phase that each project goes through, I am usually able to understand what my client wants and can deliver it on the first round! However, there are always revision phases built into each project to accommodate for feedback and changes. After final files have been delivered, all designs are final; any additional requests at that point would move into a new contract.

What if I don't like the design?

I limit my availability for each project I take on so that I can commit my whole attention to each client. Every project starts with a phone call where we will go over the details of the project together and discuss timelines. When inquiring about any packages, please list deadlines you are requiring we hit!

How soon can we start?

My full branding package, Novel includes everything you need to bring your brand to life from the logo to the website! Not what you need right now? Chapter is a smaller, branding package that might fit what you're looking for. I do not offer only logo design.

Can you design just a logo for me?

Depending on the package, projects can take anywhere from 6 weeks to 16 weeks or longer. All timelines are contingent upon both communication and assets - including workbooks, feedback, and content - being provided on time. For timelines specific to each package, please view my services.
